I would like to pass on my sincere compliments to your staff member, Tawnya Pilsworth. My husband and I had the pleasure working with her in purchasing our new sofa, the Nautzzi Malcolm. We found her level of professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency excellent.

We had been searching for a sofa for some time without success. We found your store through Natuzzi's website and it was Tawnya who replied to my inquiry. The price point of the sofa was at our highest end however, we purchased the sofa in part because of Tawnya's high level of customer service. She patiently answered all my questions via email prior to arriving at the store and took the initiative to follow up prior to arrival to ask if she could help further. When we did come to the store, she had preprinted the spec sheet for the different sofas we were interested in. She also followed up after our purchase to ensure our satisfaction and answer my additional questions.

Both in my professional role and in my personal shopping experience, I have been finding quality customer service increasingly challenging to find. I would like to bring recognition to you on Tawnya's high level of service. Based on my experience with her, I would happily recommend your store.

Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you but we've been very busy with the construction at it's end and the move! We are officialy moved into the new house and the pendants are installed and they are GORGEOUS!! Once everything is cleaned up and organized, I will send you a pic so you can see how well they fit in with the rest of our decor.

Above all, the reason I am sending this email is to once again thank you for the excellent service that you have given me. You have gone above and beyond for me and I would like to make sure you are recognized for your efforts. What was most surprising to me was the fact that we were communicating via telephone and email and I had a better service that way with you than here in Moncton dealing face to face! Thanks for the pics you took, your good advice and for being so accomodating, me being in Moncton and all. What I appreciated the most was the fact that when you told me you were going to do something, it was done and in a timely manner which was very important given our situation. Over the course of my construction, I have dealt with lots of different people and I can say with confidence that people like you are few and far between. If I had my own company, I would offer you a job!
